    For Beginners and OPEN classes there will be no prizes and therefore no prize giving ceremony.

    • Entries are valid only after fees have been received to our bank account.
    • Banking details: to be published later on
  • Cancelations:  entries cancelled by March 20th will get 50% refund. In the case of complete or partial cancellation of the OOcup/2021 due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to retain part or full amount of the entry fees.
  • SPECIAL NOTE: in the event of race being cancelled due to COVID-19, we will refund 100% of the entry fee minus banking costs.
